Air Force Blog Assessment

I originally found this via @doshdosh who linked back here... then I noticed Jeremiah Owyang posted about it over here.  In any event, the chart below details the US Air Force's protocol for social media interaction.

While I haven't reduced a social media interaction strategy down to such a simple graphic, it's a useful idea.

I think this graphic applies to virtually all aspects of communications, not just blogging and commenting. If more people took the time to consider their response, back it up with fact and evidence and not just go on a tirade, the blogosphere would be a more civil, if less interesting place.
